A Venue for Every Occasion
With soaring 19-foot ceilings, the Ballroom accommodates up to 800 guests in a seated theatre-style set up, 500 for a seated dinner, or 1,000 for a cocktail-style reception. Bright, spacious and thoughtfully designed for flexibility, it’s the perfect backdrop for conferences, trade shows and large-scale celebrations.
A Grand Venue
The Ballroom offers a fully accessible stage available for client use with two 16K projectors and two 7.5 ‘x 13′ screens on either side. Measuring 32’ x 15’, the stage is thoughtfully designed with ramps, safety guard rails and non‑slip flooring—providing a secure, seamless platform for presenters and guests alike. The Ballroom also features a permanent main stage that measures 32′ x 12’ and a drop-down projection screen.
Designed for flexibility, the Ballroom may be divided into three distinct sections—Ballroom East, Centre, and West—making it ideal for breakout sessions, concurrent programming or more intimate gatherings. A range of audiovisual packages are available, all supported by our experienced, in‑house audiovisual team to ensure flawless execution for every event.
